H2H Launches Project to Support Older Residents
H2H is providing support to older people in the community through this new project that sees the charity receive free transportation from Uber, in partnership with FareShare. The service allows H2H to deliver food parcels to predominantly older community residents who are not able to make it out to collect food donations.
H2H Health Project
H2H provides health information to our service users to support them in living a healthier life. With the emergence of COVID-19, the importance of good health has never been clearer. H2H support those on the margin with access to health information as well as foods to improve their lifestyles.
H2H Hanwell SDA Church's Community Lunch Project
H2H is very proud to be supporting the Community Lunch Programme by the local Seventh-Day Adventist Church. This project has been providing a three course meal on Sundays, serving between 10 and 20 guest each week. Although COVID-19 has put pause to the sit down meals, the project has been providing grab bags for their guests.
H2H partnered with ADRA UK during pandemic
Hanwell2Hanwell teamed up with ADRA UK, the official aid agency of the Seventh-Day Adventist Church to support vulnerable people during COVID-19 Pandemic. The collaboration saw H2H donated food and non-perishable items to support ADRA's work during the height of the first wave of the global health crisis. This is a partnership that both ADRA UK and H2H wish to build on to support those most on the margins of our society.
