H2H charity began in 2015 working to connect the church to the local community in a more intentional way. This saw the church community in Hanwell serving the local communities of Hanwell.

The charity is endorsed by the local Hanwell Seventh-Day Adventist Church, but is an independent entity with its own aims and objectives. The charity hopes to have a strong local presence and build a equally strong reputation as a place where both young and old can find support.

Although new, the charity is drawing on years of experience and expertise in areas such as community service, youth engagement, healthy and holistic living. By working with local services and partners, H2H find ways to address some of the issues that are affecting the local community.

Hanwell2Hanwell is truly a charity serving locally but whose impact is being felt much wider a field.
