Community Food Donation
H2H works with our Partners to provide food to those in need and those on the margins of society. Through food donation, H2H ensures people are fed whilst also working to reduce food waste.
Donations H2H receives go to a number of organisations to support the people they are working with.
Health Information
Health Information
H2H provides health information to our service users to support them in living a healthier life. With the emergence of COVID-19, the importance of good health has never been clearer. H2H support those on the margin with access to health information as well as food to improve their health and wellbeing.
